2020 CE Class Schedule

CE Classes at The Beach while Vacationing

Calls are coming in wanting to know the 2020 CE class schedule, so I decided to post all the pertinent information. All classroom classes will be held at the Orange Beach Community Center, 27235 Canal Road, Orange Beach, Al. 36561. This is the same location I have been using for years.

All 15-hours of CE in two days

As usual we offer a two-day set of classes that meets all requirements of the State of Alabama and the National Association of Realtors.

The 2020 CE class dates are as follows:

• March25-26
• April 29-30
• May 20-21
• June 9-10
• July 7-8
• August 19-20
• September 23-24

All classes will be held as follows for each date:

DAY ONE     9-hours CE credits

Risk Management Avoiding Violations   8am-11am  3-hr CE credit (Level one requirement for everyone) $30

Risk Management for Salespersons  11am-3pm  3-hr CE credit (Level two course for salespersons and brokers) We will take a one hour lunch break from 12-1pm both days. $30

Risk Management for Brokers   3pm-6pm  3-hr CE Credit  (Level two course for salespersons and brokers) $30

NOTE: Both salespersons and brokers may attend all Risk Management courses.

DAY TWO      6-hour CE credits

Case Study Townhall   9am-12pm  3-hr CE credit  This is a class that everyone wants to attend. Attendee’s will discuss real situations involving current real estate transactions that may eventually be settled through the Judicial system. It will be both fun and enlightening. $30

Ethics in Real Estate   1pm-4pm   3-hr CE credit   This Code of Ethics Training fulfils the National Association of Realtorsârequirements that must be taken every two years. $30

Total cost for attending all classes on both days (15-hrs. CE)  $150

You are given an option to pre-register with or without a credit card payment. You can also pay at the door with cash or check,  or you can pick individual classes and pay online when you pre-register by clicking on this direct link.

If you don’t need to take all the classes you may pick the classes you wish to attend.

Special notice: Attendees must attend the entire class so don’t be late. We will take a 10-minute break each hour to allow for rest room visits, phone calls and etc. Each day we will take a lunch break from 12pm-1pm.
